Satan rules on every one through Babylon and her children (Revelation 17) no matter what your origins. God calls on those who carry His kingdom within us to come out of Babylon.
The believers who do not seek 100% obedience to the will of God belong to the kingdom of Satan who recruits for the lake of fire to come.
Come out of the kingdom of Satan and be ye holy to not get his mark, his name, and/or number.
